Humerus fracture from arm wrestling, One year ago

Broke my right humerus while arm wrestling last year, i had a full arm plaster which was removed 3 months after surgery. Due to that i faced mobility issues in the wrist and elbow that did not go away with therapy, currently i cannot fully extend my wrist past 135 degrees and elbow extension is limited upto less than 150-160 degrees. However, the healing went well, i started therapy a month after plaster removal because there was excessive swelling coupled with numbness. i could start training with light weights 6 months after surgery, gradually moving on to dead hangs and partial pull ups with no pain as of now.
