Okay this is probably gonna sound weird stupid.

So I was lactose intolerant since 16, very minor, mostly just gave me really bad gas.

Ever since my surgery to repair my hernia (10 weeks out) I have somehow become more lactose intolerant? If I eat even just a few bites of ice cream, I almost immediately get gas, gas pain, the rumbles, and diarrhea.

Partially just sharing my experience but also curious if anyone else experienced this.
