Hi everyone. Hope you’re all doing well. I was hoping to get some general feedback.
We’ve had a relatively long-standing AI program and have recently made the decision to move from Copilot to Claude. I’m not as concerned about things like security or the transition overall. We laid a pretty strong foundation at the start of our journey so we’ve been relatively successful.
What has been on my mind is the continuous feedback we’re seeing among the community about the cost of Claude lol. I’m a big believer that technology should add value otherwise you should remove noise. My immediate thought was to double down on Claude as a professional development tool so we’ve been focused on creating some pretty cool resources for the group - trying to take what we were doing before to the next level.
Any other leaders here either make a transition to Claude or hopped on in the last couple of years? I appreciate any feedback you might have about your overall experience and the value that the tool is adding compared to the cost that your team is seeing.
