Hello everyone. I’m writing this because I’m desperate. 49 days ago I received a game ban for "Ban Evasion".

The problem is: I only have ONE Steam account. I have never been banned before. I have 1000 hours total.

This is a completely new PC, and I’ve played 1000+- hours on it without any issues until now. I don't use cheats, bloody mouse, or any scripts.

Facepunch support (Owen) sent me a template response and closed the ticket. EAC appeal has been pending for 49 days.

I love this game and I’ve put so much time into it. How can I get a manual review if support ignores me? Has anyone faced a similar false positive for "Evasion"?
