For weeks I cut out alcohol, late meals, late screen time. I supplement magnesium, stay hydrated, exercise regularly. I’m in bed by 9:30 - 10:00. I couldn’t crack a sleep score above 75.
Last night I had 5 beers, Italian food at 8:30, screen time all the way up until bedtime at 10:30. I wake up this morning feeling wonderful with my best sleep score ever, 91.
