So for my next quest I'm planning on rewarding each of my players with a bespoke magic item and I need something to give my bard. They're a collage of whispers bard and most of their spell list consists of support and cc spells which means they don't tend to do a lot of damage compared to my other players and this can make them feel like they're not contributing very much in combat. I want to give them something that will help them feel more powerful and less like they're overshadowed by the others, any ideas for items or abilities(homebrew or official) to do this? The party is lvl 7 btw
