Can anyone advise me on building a PvP oracle please?

I’m not sure if I should be glass build with max mana for large shields, evasion, endurance, or heavy attack evasion?

Once I get silenced I practically die and I feel like evasion doesn’t put out strong enough heals so I’m kind of lost
