

Need help
Hey guys, I really need some insight on what to do here. I used to be very overweight, around 44% body fat, and I also had hypothyroidism and low testosterone related to that. Over the past 4 years, with a lot of ups and downs, I started going to the gym and lost about 22% body fat, and this is how I look now. Unfortunately, I don’t have old photos because the process has been so long and inconsistent.
At this point, I honestly don’t know what my next step should be, whether I should cut more, maintain, or try to gain muscle. I’m a little scared of bulking because I don’t want to gain the fat back. Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I’ve been working out for the last 2 years while eating around 1700 calories on average, and I feel like my physique hasn’t changed much recently.
I’m 5’7” and 158 lbs. What do you guys think my next step should be?
