I’m so confused by my HRT experiences. I had previously been on HRT, and my provider prescribed me testosterone and progesterone based off my symptoms and lab work. At the time she didn’t feel I needed estrogen. I was told to cycle the P on days 14-28 of my cycle. I didn’t feel much improvement in symptoms, even after tweaking dosage and delivery method. I’m seeing a new provider who is putting me on an estrogen patch and micronized progesterone, but told me to either take the progesterone all month, or I could cycle it on days 1-12 of my cycle. I’m confused why I would be told to cycle it on these days when the other provider had me on it days 14-28. Can anyone shed some light on their experience as I’m so confused and frustrated.

I need some advice as this is not my arena at all.
I have about 60 lbs. of junk silver quarters. I’ve been holding onto them for quite some time, but could use some extra money due to some unexpected recent expenses. Should I take them to a refinery?
Any advice is much appreciated.
