Im reposting this as Id like to reprice and in need to sell rush.

Im looking to get my condo assumed in Davao, located near SM City - Ecoland, 8th Floor in Verdon Parc, studio type with parking.

Its Ready For Occupancy, Move in clearance nalang after LOA or copletion ng required checks and paid around 1.7m and looking to sell for 1.3m and marking down to 800k and still negotiable, reason for selling is I have difficulty getting approved by the bank, and the in house payment for 10 years is draining my savings(paid transfer, equity, and 1 year of the in house). If anyone knows someone interested, Im open to give comissions. Total contract price pala is 4.2m for condo plus 760k for parking
