Ryzen 7 5800x RX 9070XT 32 GB ddr4 for £1351. Is this good for the price point?

Very new to pcs and want one prebuilt as im too scared to build myself. I'm looking for something under £1700 in the uk which can run 1440p if possible. I mainly play valorant/overwatch if that helps
