Can we talk about Ghanda’s pathetic return policy
The refusal to offer the option to refund is one thing, but I’ve now learnt after purchasing sale items online that I cannot exchange them for a smaller size either online or in store.
I’m now left with clothes that I can’t wear as they’re too big. Also the fact that I purchased clothes in my usual size and they are too big really pisses me off - how can they be inconsistent with sizing and not offer the option to exchange when people realise they need to size down.
And sure, maybe I should have been more careful and thorough by reading the fine print when purchasing but honestly who the hell does that when every other store except this one has a much more flexible return policy.
I am done with this store. End rant.
