Hey guys, been a while since I posted anything about my little journey but I've still been keeping up with it. Just got one more day of walking before it's been a full month of keeping at it. Down to 228.2, all the way from 242.2, and I'm expecting to hit 227 tomorrow. I've still been keeping a pretty large calorie deficit, I've figured out my maintenance is around 2700Kcals and I've been consuming 1200-1500 a day, so it takes me around 2.5 days to lose a full pound from what I've discovered. Let me know what you guys think and share your thoughts!
