Looking for a potential lease takeover in Hell’s Kitchen or the Upper West Side starting around August 1st (flexible on timing). Want to see what's out there. Budget is around $3,200 max, would like to be at 3k or a bit less. Ideally looking for a 12-month lease.

Of course rare, but huge plus if it’s rent stabilized. Open to studios or 1BRs, and flexible for the right place. Clean, single, employed professional with solid income/credit, no pets.
