Hi! I have a pair of adjustable dumbells (up to 10kgs per dumbell). Nagstart ako mga 3rd week of February pero two weeks ago lang ako nagtrack ng protein intake. So far 100-120g ang per day ko. Sa tingin ko hindi ako umaabot ng 50g noong nagsisimula pa lang ako.
May visible progress naman na. Heto yung exercises na ginagawa ko for the past 2 months, 3-5x a week, 3 sets, 8-12 reps:
Leg: front squats
Back: bent over rows
Chest: (floor) dumbell press
Shoulder: standing shoulder press
Bicep: bicep curls
Tricep: overhead extension
Forearm: Double Reverse Curl
Core: 10-min workout I found sa YT
Should I continue with these exercises and add more weight sa dumbells ko? Hanggang kailan bago ako magchange/add ng ibang exercise?
I'm 64-65kgs and 5'4". 8-12k steps a day and nasa calorie deficit. Noong February, 72kg ako. Goal ko ring mag 55kg kasi gusto ko talagang lumiit iyong belly part.
