I'm looking for a short animated cartoon from the 1930s (possibly early 40s), black and white.

The plot: A bird character (anthropomorphic, dressed as a human) works as an ice delivery man. He wants to seduce a woman.The problem: he can't sing. So to impress her, he hides an opera singer (with a beautiful voice) inside his ice delivery truck, and lip-syncs to make her believe he's the one singing. At the end, the trick backfires and he ends up literally frozen

I saw it as a kid on a VHS compilation tape with several old cartoons mixed together.

Any idea what this cartoon is called?
