Hi all. Quick question. We’re starting to notice rats in our yard. One two days ago and another today. We feed birds and after reading that’s definitely our main issue. They’ll be gone. We’ve called pest control and they’ll be able to come out early next week.
At least until this point, we haven’t noticed any signs they’re in the house. No noises, droppings or streaks. But will say haven’t checked the entire house yet. There are some dug holes outside near sidewalks and under ac unit.
So question is, since we have about 5 days before pest control arrives, do we keep status quo and keep feeding the birds? Keeping the food source outside and everybody content until pest control gets here? Or am I overthinking it and should just remove feeders now?
