Some of you might know this already, but for those who don´t, here we go.

Some synths allow you to use noise as a modulation source to effect the pich of the oscillators. I know this from the novation peak. I didn´t know the mini d does this until last night. this little trick turns any sound instantly into the most lofi-ish lofi sound. normally i´d use a random lfo at a high rate to achieve something similar, but with noise as a source its just a completely different thing. instant lofi!!! try it out if you didn´t know.
