This seems to be a system-wide issue currently. When we list an item with quantity of 1 piece, there is no buy button on the listing, only the "Add to Watchlist" button. When we increase the quantity to 2 pieces, the buy button appears.

We asked another seller to corroborate and they are also experiencing this issue.
