I’m a real estate agent and self represent my own deals. Recently, I have lost two deals due to the sellers not wanting to consider my commission. I feel as though if a seller is willing to pay a commission for any other buyer, why is it that my commission would not be considered?

Historically, I have not had an issue with this however, lately it has been a problem. Any thoughts?

Of note: I have offered reduced commission, price adjustments, etc., but I want my commission to be considered as part of the deal. (If this is being offered to everyone else) It feels as though it’s only fair.
