I have raging headaches from increasing my estradiol patch dose. I don’t know if I should go back down or wait for this side effect to subside.

Pain relievers don’t touch these headaches. It’s really awful.

I read that once a week patches can cause a drop off in estrogen by the end of the week. That might also be a factor.
