I am a new iFit customer and bought an X24 bike around mid January. Had it professionally installed. The bike ran fine for 2 Months. In March, it broke down and needed service under warranty. Reached out to iFit around March 22nd. It is May 2nd (over 40 days since service call) and the issue remains unresolved. I have spent hours calling iFit and trying to resolve the issue but the organization is unable to provide warranty repair. Getting a technician out to look at the bike was pulling teeth. Ordering parts and shipping of parts required additional calls from my end. The process is designed to discourage any warranty repair and I have never experienced a more frustrating company to deal with. For the price of these bikes, this is unacceptable, and frankly, I can not recommend iFit or Nordictrack for exercise gear. Stay away from them. I am in San Diego and I have concluded there is maybe one service technician in the region and the person is not available for repair or can not be reached by iFit. What are my options to move this along or file a claim for non-performance of warranty?
