I was stupid and clicked on the renpy installer malware about 3 days ago ;-;, so I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me with this FRST method so I can get rid of it. I haven't really noticed anything suspicious going on even though I ran the exe file however... If lag spikes are suspicious then I guess my computer was always compromised. And I suppose it might be telling that I've always received spam calls.
