Hi there,

I have a Samsung Smart TV with the Luna App. From time to time, when I try to load the last game I was playing it freezes in the loading screen.

- I try clearing TV cache and data.

- Restarting TV.

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Nothing works. Any idea?
