I have taken a break from tcg, last time I played I had an awesome giratina lost zone deck but V are out now.

What are some decks that don't use H cards; I want a deck that won't rotate in a year. Any recommendations to start? Looks like all of limitless tcg has H decks like pult and ogerpons
