When she meets this magic person, she will be given the talismans to bring to the future and make sure they have better protection against the MiY and the monsters in the next cycle

We have to assume that the talismans were created by someone working against the MiY, and that they were made after Victors first cycle, and currently Julie seems to be the best person to do this
