As a UX innovator, what would be the strongest in house addition.

Let’s say I have ux work of broad value, scalable. Can assist with marketing, and 80% of fp/bp. I have runway, so focusing on quality product, and opportunity development. I’m at mockup stage with working prototypes, and can adapt it to a new sector with click of fingers.
Who should I approach to get the whole thing lifted properly, and where? Imagine the wildest ux for ents, or c-level that love visual, functional bling?
