My Amazfit Helio Strap stopped working overnight, and the customer support has been very poor. They refuse to help me, saying they do not offer customer support (guarantee) in Austria.
I bought the device basically new from a second-hand platform and still have the original receipt. The device is not even one year old, based on when the original buyer purchased it.
Anyone else had problems with the customer support?
