>!I loved his personality in the Mercy of Gods. His 'pathological move' is to make Jokes. He is someone I would like to have around if the world goes up in flames. Witty and kind, keeping a smile on everyone, he is truly a pillar of the small human community. Even at his rudest, he is funny and gentle: "Keep quiet honey or I will break the other one for you" at the end of Mercy of Gods when Tonner's life is saved by Dafyd breaking is arm, but he still won't shut up. But seriously his arc in the Faith of Beasts is so amazing. He is such a lovable character, you simply dont want him harmed. So yeah, I was sad for his body and heart broken by the end of book two. !<
