I found some termites around my front porch (which is pretty big). He recommends doing a trench barrier all around it (total of 85 feet). He said he will charge me $1,300 for it which seems fair? However, he said he would use Phantom and that it would last 10 to 15 years. Everything I’m reading is that it won’t last anywhere near that long. Is my exterminator completely wrong about how long phantom lasts? Should I ask him to use Termidor?
