Assistance with Indian Consumer Court for Pixel 9
Hi everyone,
I need advice on how to proceed with a consumer complaint in India.
I bought a Pixel 9 (~7 months ago), and from day 1 it has had serious issues:
- During phone calls, the audio cuts off after a few seconds and I cannot hear the other person thereafter.
- The phone often freezes and becomes unresponsive during calls.
- It randomly restarts on its own.
- During video calls (Google Meet, etc.), the phone shuts down completely after a few minutes.
- In some cases, there is also abnormal loud noise during audio use.
The device has already been sent to the service center three times, and every time they return it saying “no issues found”. However, the problems continue exactly the same immediately after I receive it back.
I have also provided video evidence showing all these issues clearly, but I am still being told the device is functioning normally.
At this point, Google support is refusing replacement and only repeating repair cycles.
I want to know:
- How do I proceed with a consumer court case in India for a defective product?
- What evidence is needed (I already have videos + service history + emails)?
- Is there a specific process or portal I should follow?
Any guidance from people who have gone through this would really help.
