You can ask for support at anytime, don't be afraid to speak up, sometimes it's just nice to know someone cares.

I've been sleeping all day because I was working a night shift when I went to sleep it was cloudy and cold, 5ish hours later and it's clear skies and really sunny, people are out sunbathing and I can smell a BBQ. Just made me feel a bit happy.
