Confused About Uneven Hips/Shoulders
I’ve watched and read several guides on how to fix this but at this point I can’t even tell which side has which problem. I believe both my left shoulder and left hip sit higher than the right, and my left overall looks more “scrunched” together. It just looks like I’m leaning to my left all the time. When I stretch my quadratus (I think) my left side feels way tighter.
I’m just confused because whenever I do any of the stretches/exercises to fix this, it just seems like it is tilting my body further off center.
Can anyone tell me which way I’m misaligned and recommend what things to do and on what side to fix it?
