Would this list be okay to be a little viable and still have casual fun?
Just started up my army and tried to look up a good army list. I did some research but it’s very back and forth, obviously. My buddy and I have gotten into 40K at the same time. He’s going Orks and I liked the Grey Knights look so decided them over Death Guard. We plan on playing our first game ever soonish. So I’m just seeing if this team is potentially a terrible idea? It’s just for fun, but just seeing if this team is even gonna be fun or if I’m missing something? The plan is not to be steamrolled to ensure it’s a back and forth game for us to enjoy.
I definitely got pinched by cool looking things such as the venerable dreadnought over something like a GMNDK. And also a razorback cause why not, I guess, tank moving around the map looks interesting.
I’m assuming banishers detachment is the best. So I would need more terminators surely? And I haven’t thought about any relics at the moment as I’m just choosing troops at the moment. I can be persuaded to change things accordingly. Just wanted to let it be known again, I have no experience playing the game, all I’ve ever seen is two “40K in 40 minutes” on YouTube.
