I normally don’t post personal things online, but I genuinely feel exhausted and helpless now.
For years I’ve been struggling with severe digestion/stomach-related issues. I’ve tried medicines, treatments, diet changes, different doctors — some things help temporarily, but nothing works properly for long. It feels like my body is constantly fighting something invisible.
At the same time, my marriage is getting delayed continuously without any clear reason. Every time things seem close, something suddenly breaks, gets blocked, or disappears unexpectedly. It honestly feels like life is stuck in a cycle I can’t understand.
The difficult part is that both health and personal life started suffering together, and over time it has affected my peace of mind, confidence, social life, and even hope for the future.
