Obliques are not that bad in my opinion I twist my hips and go on my toes every few reps! But sometimes I don't feel it... maybe that's why I don't mind them. Any tips to feel your obliques. Should they feel tight or a little crampy?
What is everyone's opinion about whether a class is full or not? I prefer full classes, but like what about people that don't have classes that are full what do they think about it? Do they like full or not full classes?
Feeling a little bump in the road where I've done 50+ classes but I signed up for a Foundations do we think that's a good idea? Am I not pushing myself enough?
