Hey plant people, I need your honest opinion 🤧

I picked up this Monstera from my neighbor today for £10 — it had been sitting in a hallway for a long time and looked pretty sad.

This is my first time ever dealing with a Monstera (and honestly my first proper repot), so I might have gone a bit chaotic here…

The root system was like a massive tangled nest, so I ended up splitting it into 4 separate stems. The roots looked long and alive though, so I repotted everything into fresh soil mix and a slightly bigger pot. I also trimmed off anything dry or dead-looking.

Now I’m lowkey stressed that I might have done too much and made things worse 😬

I also put one of the cuttings in water to try and propagate it.

Does it look okay? Should I fix anything right now, or just leave it alone and see how it does?

Any advice appreciated 🙏
