Delayed LPG refill Indane gas ??
So i booked LPG refill on 24th March and it's 11th April already tried visiting agency many times, distributor Jamna Gas Service and staff hella rude on first visit they said to visit 2-3 days later then yeh after waiting they says to wait 1 more week is this some joke ??
So 3 days ago raised a complaint through their official Indane Gas Website also lodge complaint on Government official portal off course what could be expected here no help then called on Indane Gas customer number 18002333555 literally it was hell on first 5-6 times number was unreachable then go through automated call, dial number on keyboard after waiting 5 minutes the call automatically disconnected absolute time waste then i tried again and after waiting more finally connected with agent after i told him my problem he said to wait a little to check through system but no response i was still connected on call for 10 f king mins but on 3rd attempt the agent told me to cancel the order then to reorder and this delay is happening cuz of some quota glitch which is totally BS reason.
Is someone going through this shi situation too ?? please tell me how can i get a refill without this long ahh delay i'm not saying that i should receive my refill in 2-3 days cuz 1 week is more than sufficient for delay due to ongoing situations but mine taking so f king long.
