hi im a college student 2nd year and im building a neural codecI(better compression than H.264 1.9x smaller than H.264) but decoding requires gpu ,how can this be deployed in webRTC or on mobile/tv devices and devices rely on hardware decoders (H.264 / HEVC / AV1), how my neural codecs to run on cpu or mobiles etc,and current result is 1.9x smaller than H.264 -22–26 dB PSNR.and yes i used ai for coding,please dont hate me.hope i get answers.and also how do i improve my psnr.
