Hi all,

I have received the email from home office asking for Bank Statement even though I submitted it on the time of application.

I received the email on 16/04/2026 and I replied the same day by referencing the GWF number in the Subject Line.

Should I use send another email by referencing VAF number or GWF is fine?

Also, do they acknowledge that they received the requested documents? And how long does it take now to get a decision?
