I woke up today and felt like I had to share this hot take, I don’t see it enough..

Terrence Howard is superior to Don Cheadle as Rhodey.

Don Cheadle is a solid actor but always felt like a miscast.

Rhodey I believe is supposed to be a somewhat imposing character without the armor. Terrence is more imposing than Cheadle and not constantly trying to out quip RDJ. His Rhodey and RDJ’s stark were different from each other and actually felt like they were friends for a while. Cheadle never achieved any of this. Cheadle just tried to be a black RDJ and it just doesn’t work!
