I’m moving to Nashville and wanted to live in East Nashville. I found fairly new apartment called Park24 and wanted to see if anyone had any insight to this place or its surrounding area. All the photos online are graphic renders and there isn’t much really history to work with. I’m 22F and safety is priority. Location wise, it seems very close to the city.

Hello all,
I’ve been wanting to break into tech sales and recently received an offer for an SDR position. The company is in California and I would be moving across the country from Pennsylvania on my own dime, which leads me to some doubts.
The company itself is good, and I know I can work hard. That being said, this is a volatile position in an incredible volatile industry. I can do everything right, work as hard as I physically/mentally can, but not attain quota for a variety of reasons. Would it be foolish to invest in such a big move for a job that could be taken from me literally in months? I can’t help but feeling a bit scared to make such a change.
