Trees don't respawn, it doesn't matter if you fully chop them down or leave the stumps, this is well over 48 hours (on a sever) and nothing has respawned or regrown.

Made a little checkpoint for the first island, it's a good position on the map for a fast travel but it's not an ideal island for a full on base, putting up random houses feels silly to me so this is a little trade outpost build.
