(he is moving around!!!) Peppered cory, I think it's either swim bladder or red blotch disease. Currently got him in a salt bath, but what else can I do????

He is alive!!!!! but just like not moving alot and on the side. he as a red dot on his tummy. I have other fish in the tank and don't want him getting sick. I have gravel substrate so think it might be that (him hurting himself on it).
