I'm currently in Off Track and looking to move to S&T as it interests me and of course there's more money/overtime.

However from what I see at the depot the s&t lads looks bored out their mind waiting for work to come in as it's response.

I'm wondering if this has been a deal breaker for some people?

What have you done to mitigate boredom in a response job?

I'm quite an active person so I worry it'll be mental torture for me, just looking for some insight, cheers 🍻
