After years of putting it off, my perimenopause/PMDD symptoms have gotten so bad that I don’t even feel like myself. I’m 43. Today was my first day. I’m nervous and scared as heck. I’m a few hours into 10mg and don’t feel anything yet. Can you all send me good vibes as I’m nervous as heck 🤞🏾
