WashU vs UT Dallas Computing Scholars
Hi there! I’m a current high school senior deciding on where to commit to, and I’ve narrowed it down to these two, which ones would give me the best opportunities in CS? Both gave very good financial aid, so money isn’t a problem in either case.
For UT Dallas, I got into the computing scholars program, which accepts 30 students per year. Apparently, this program will prepare students for career opportunities, including a research position at a major university or a leadership role in industry, but I haven’t found much information from people outside of the people that run the program. Any insight on this program would be greatly appreciated!
