I’ve realized I was making more when I was on hourly since being moved to salary. How do I address it?

The title says it all, but I will provide a little context-

A few weeks ago, my boss threatened to pull me off salary and put me back on hourly. It got me wondering what my actual hourly rate it now since I’m working pretty consistent weeks.

I’ve had a role change since salary took place which brought more hours, so when I started doing the math, the numbers were getting closer than I thought.

After it was all said and done, I put the numbers through 3 different systems to make sure I was not going crazy, and I am in fact making less on salary than I would be if I was hourly. I’m not sure by exactly how much, but I just know it’s less.

I’m not sure how to address it without coming off as “I expect a raise or else…” but that’s kind of where I’m at.

Thoughts on Hyperlyte?

I’m trying to find a new fueling/hydration system that will work for future races. Currently, I’m just doing super concentrated Gatorade in 2 500ml flasks. A double scoop of powder in each gets me about 90g carbs, 650 mg sodium between the 2 bottles combined. I’ll pair those with solid foods, precision gels, and precision electrolyte capsules during races.

I’ve tried a lot of different brands, but nothing has really stuck. Tailwind is fine, but just not my thing after a while. Naak doesn’t sit well all the time. Precision gels are great, but I need flavor, and their drink mix is too light. Maurten is too bland unfortunately. Never tried neversecond or roctane. I’m sure I’m missing others.

I’m curious on Hyperlyte though. I’ve got friends who love it, and it seems like they’ve quickly taken up some pretty good names in the professional world. Any thoughts, positive or negative are welcome!
