Insurance requesting canadian codes for implants placed in Turkey
I got a patient who placed implants in Turkey and wants a report from a canadian dentist with fee guide codes for the implants placed in Turkey so they can reimburse it. Any body has an experience with that? Any liabitly on us issuing such report?
