I am not that dumb i can understand things if i study but am just scared should i go that way or not i think upsc ese is doable and if i strt studying from my 1st yr itself ill be able to clear but i still want to ask you all what is your suggestion cuz i have seen results the iits and nits guys dominate a lot in the result .( AND PLS TELL ME HOW SHOULD I STUDY LIKE ill be strting from ZERO PLS SUGGEST SOME BOOKS RESOURCES AND STRATEGY)... and do tell me does your college affects your selection like will the board be biased towards premium clg guy??????
